I've Been Drinking Water With Lemon Every Day, And This Is What Happened

Many people claim that lemon water has powerful health and weight loss benefits, so I decided to try it too. Lemon water is a popular home remedy, and some swear that it helps them improve their skin, detox the body, clear up acne, and even promote weight loss.
Sounds like a pretty good deal for something so cheap and easy, right?
To see if these claims are valid, I decided to take on the challenge and drink a glass of lemon water first thing in the morning for one week.
The results were very strange! In fact, they were unbelievable. Within a week, I noticed my skin was less oily, much softer, and appeared to be much brighter.
Although it hasn't affected my weight after one week, I have really adapted to this new morning habit. I’ll definitely continue to enjoy lemon water before grabbing my first coffee.
