This policy and notice (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, store, share and use personal information, provided by you on our website. It also explains how we collect and use non-personal information. By accessing and using our website, you explicitly accept, without limitation or qualification, the collection, use and transfer of the personal information and non-personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. For the purposes of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws, we are a data controller (business owner) in relation to the personal data of our services users and website visitors, including information collected by us in the course of providing services to our clients and business partners.

1. Which Information We Collect

This opt out does not apply to information provided to Company as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

We will share your Personal Information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy.

(i) Product and Service Requests. If you have requested information about products or services from third parties on or through our website, we share the information you provided with third parties to provide you with additional information about the products and services you have requested. If you have provided a telephone address or email address with your request for more information from these third parties, you are agreeing that the third party may contact you at the number you provided via telephone, email or text (including through automated and artificial voice means; e.g. automatic telephone dialing system, text and pre-recorded messaging) about insurance products, services and marketing/telemarketing offers. 6. Where We Store Your Data

We store your Personal Information in servers owned or controlled by us, or processed by third parties on our behalf, by reputable cloud-service providers in the US (see the following section regarding international transfers).

7. International Data Transfers (EU Residents)

Personal Information may be transferred to, and stored and used at, a destination outside the European Union that may not be subject to equivalent data protection laws to those of the EU.     We endeavor to safeguard and protect your information. When you submit information on our website, such information is protected both online and offline. As such, job references, reviews, internal notes and assessments, documents and notes including proprietary information or forms of intellectual property, cannot be accessed or erased or rectified by data subjects. In addition, these rights may not be exercisable where they relate to data that is not in a structured form, for example emails, or where other exemptions apply. If processing occurs based on consent, data subjects generally have a right to withdraw their consent.

Note that we may have to undertake a process to identify a data subject exercising their rights. We may keep details of such rights exercised for its own compliance and audit requirements. Please note that Personal Information may be either deleted or retained in an aggregated manner without being linked to any identifiers or Personal Information, depending on technical commercial capability. Such information may continue to be used by us.

    Data subjects in the EU have the right to lodge a complaint, with a data protection supervisory authority in the place of their habitual residence. If the supervisory authority fails to deal with a complaint, you may have the right to an effective judicial remedy.
